⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ World’s Best Guest Service — Ajay Made Our Stay Unforgettable! I had a wonderful stay at the Sandman Signature Ottawa Airport Hotel, but what truly made this experience exceptional was Ajay. From the moment we arrived, Ajay provided the most outstanding guest service I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. He was professional, kind, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He didn’t just do his job — he made us feel genuinely cared for, respected, and comfortable throughout our stay. Ajay has an amazing way of making guests feel like they matter. He was always ready to help, always calm, always smiling, and always going the extra mile without being asked. It’s rare to meet someone who brings this much warmth, dedication, and heart into customer service. The hotel itself was great, clean, and convenient — but the real reason I would come back again is Ajay. He is truly a gem and a huge asset to Sandman. If you’re staying here, I genuinely hope you get to meet Ajay — because he is the definition of world-class hospitality.

Samir & Taleb helped me out tremendously with my booking and stay at Sandman hotel. Before I had booked, Samir coordinated with me and set up early check in and then Taleb helped me the morning of, to ensure I had a VIP experience that day. They even upgraded my room!! The suite was beauuutiful. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Washroom & shower were awesome. Place was very clean as well, no complaints. Highly recommend Sandman Hotels

Great hotel with a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the overall facilities were excellent. What really made the stay special was the outstanding service from the staff, especially Samir at the front desk. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I am currently staying at the hotel for a few days, and I wanted to share my experience so far. I would especially like to mention Mr. Mridul Seth, Guest Service Manager, who has been extremely helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I needed anything or had any issues, he has always been there to assist and resolve the situation quickly. Any time I have had a concern, Mr. Seth has been readily available with a solution. The way he addresses every question is excellent, and he has made my stay very pleasant. Overall, the entire staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. I truly appreciate the service provided by Mr. Mridul Seth and the welcoming approach he uses to make every guest feel valued and well looked after.

I had a great experience at the hotel thanks to Samir. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Any questions or requests I had were handled quickly and with a positive attitude. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out!

Hotel situated really close to the airport, there is shuttle bus every 30 minutes. When we arrived to the airport it was another crew waiting and some passengers, so someone had to wait for next shuttle, because it's kinda small. Hotel is very well renovated, absolutely loved it's design! There is free tea and coffee even at lunch time at the lobby. Vendor machines at the 1st floor. İce machines at the other floors. Restaurant is very cosy, prices are good, we enjoyed food and drinks. All personnel is very friendly and helpful, big smiles, you can see people are happy at their work place. Rooms are clean and in good condition, sound isolation is proper. I would like to point out some details which need improvement... 1! Gym... Right next to hot thub and pool, extreme humidity, things are covered with rust! İt's not ok, I'm sure this place need more attention! Also went there twice, no cups for water, and place was clean, but not detailed... So I'll leave pictures of what I found, don't misunderstand me, but in such a nice hotel, it could be better! I also have to add pics of the coffee machine in my room... I hope that my tiny corrections will be heard, because I would love to stay in this hotel again!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience, especially during check-in. After a very long and frustrating flight, I arrived feeling exhausted and honestly a bit disappointed from the travel experience. Sahaj at the front desk completely turned that around. He welcomed me with a warm, genuine smile and handled my check-in smoothly and professionally. He was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was explained clearly. When I mentioned that I had a rough flight experience, he didn’t just acknowledge it he showed real empathy. As a kind gesture, he offered me a $15 breakfast voucher. It wasn’t about the money at all it was about the thoughtfulness behind it. That small act showed true hospitality and care. It made me feel valued as a guest and instantly improved my mood after a long travel day.

Great hotel with a beautiful ambiance, though quite expensive. The dining options are fantastic but also pricey. One thing I found strange is that you need to request room cleaning. I asked for housekeeping at 4 p.m., but when I returned four hours later, the room had only been refreshed with new towels and toilet paper, not cleaned or vacuum. The front desk apologized and gave me a $50 breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.
